Seasonal Haus Collective | Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Seasonal Haus Collective ("SHC"), you agree to the following terms:

  1. Booking + Payment All services must be paid in full at the time of booking via our online portal. Appointments must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and decor prep. We reserve the right to adjust appointment windows due to weather or unforeseen scheduling conflicts. You will be notified of any changes in advance.
  2.  Cancellation + Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled service for a full refund or credit. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% non-refundable fee to cover labor and material preparation. No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of your scheduled time will be charged in full.
  3. Property Access + Liability SHC staff will require reasonable access to your porch, yard, or interior spaces as outlined in your package. Please ensure all pets are secured and areas are free of hazards. SHC is not responsible for damage to surfaces, landscaping, or property due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation requests, or client interference. We will document all decor installations and removals for our records.
  4. Decor Ownership All decor items used by SHC are the property of Seasonal Haus Collective unless otherwise stated. If you'd like to purchase specific decor items, please let us know prior to teardown. An itemized invoice will be provided. Unauthorized removal, damage, or theft of decor will be billed at replacement value.
  5. Post-Season Pickup Pickup/removal services are available for an additional fee and must be scheduled during your initial booking or within the designated post-season window. Clients who do not schedule pickup are responsible for timely removal of decor and assume liability for its condition.
  6. Weather Policy In the event of inclement weather, SHC may reschedule your appointment or adjust decor materials to ensure safety and durability. We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance of any weather-related changes.
  7. Photos + Marketing By booking, you grant SHC permission to photograph your decor for portfolio, marketing, and social media use. If you’d prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing.
  8. Client Communication SHC will communicate with you via text, email, and/or calendar invites to provide updates, arrival times, and confirmations.
